ABOUT SUMMIT

Three operating entities. A decade of patient acquisition. One exclusive dataset.

Summit Audience Segments is the licensee of a 20-year exclusive dataset built operationally by three healthcare patient acquisition businesses. The team behind the data is the team running the company.

THE ORIGIN

The dataset was built for patient acquisition. Now it's the asset.

For a decade, three healthcare operating companies ran patient acquisition campaigns across diabetes, sleep apnea, obesity, cardiac, polypharmacy, and adjacent conditions. The campaigns generated real patient intake — real people who self-identified on unbranded condition campaigns, completed intake forms, engaged with landing pages, called call centers, and enrolled in access programs.

The data that came out of those campaigns — first-party, consent-based, condition-confirmed patient records with real Rx fulfillment on file — was the operational output of the businesses. It wasn't collected as a data product. It was the natural consequence of running effective patient acquisition at scale.

Three years ago, the decision was made to license that operational output to pharma brands under exclusive terms. Summit Audience Segments was formed to be the exclusive licensee of the dataset and the operator of the patient acquisition platform underneath it.

Built for operations, not for sale

The data was never collected as a data product. It accumulated as the output of live patient acquisition operations — intake forms, call centers, landing pages, Rx fulfillment events. The dataset is operationally real in a way that constructed datasets cannot be.

Origin · 02

Three entities, one data layer

Three healthcare operating companies fed the data layer — each running campaigns in different conditions, with different fulfillment partners, across different patient pathways. The data layer is the aggregation of all three.

Origin · 03

Exclusive license, not ownership

Summit holds a 20-year exclusive license (2026–2046) to the dataset — not ownership. The data was built by the operating companies and licensed to Summit on exclusive terms. Summit is the licensee, the platform operator, and the commercial entity.

THE TEAM

The team that built it is running it.

Summit is operated by the founders who built the operating companies that generated the dataset. The same team that understands the data operationally is running the commercial entity.

If you're a brand

The fastest path is a focused conversation about your target conditions, audience needs, and timeline. We'll scope a license structure and walk through match rates and cohort sizing.

If you're an agency or holding company

Summit operates as the independent sponsor entity for unbranded campaign work that brand clients cannot run directly. Multi-brand relationships across the full data layer are available.

If you're exploring a strategic partnership

Summit's data is exclusive. The platform is operational. The protocol is proprietary. We're open to category exclusive, full exclusive, and partnership / rev-share structures depending on what you're building.
